About Bianca Aarons
Therapy is a place to reflect, work through, reframe, and heal. In a time when the world around us is on pause, therapy can be a place to talk about the worries and realities of our current lives during the Coronavirus Pandemic, as well as a place to re-evaluate our lives and how we have been living. It is rare to have time to reflect and to dream.
Whereas a pause in life can be frustrating, it can also be a rare opportunity to get the space to revisit old and current wounds, and to cultivate self awareness around how you have been coping with things and who you would like to become moving forward.
I am a relationally trained, analytically trained, attachment based therapist with a holistic and integrative lens. I am currently licensed in the state of California. I have a history with wilderness therapy. I hope to work with individuals who would like more meaning in their lives and in their relationships. I would like to work with couples who aim to strengthen their communication, bonds, and intimacy, while also allowing differences and differentiation within their relationship.
I'd like to invite you to explore my website to determine whether I may be a good fit for you as a therapist.
