I have established Phuket International Counseling to provide western oriented mental health counseling services to international clients around the world.  Living in Asia and having worked with  international adults, couples, and adolescents from over 27 different countries,  I have developed a flexible approach that attempts to address the unique counseling needs of each client I work with.  I currently make my home in Phuket, Thailand, where I have resided for over 6 years. In addition to an MA in Counseling from Rollins College in Winter Park Florida, I also possess an MBA from Boston University. Prior to becoming a counselor, I was an entrepreneur and owner of a small financial consulting business. To summarize why I have become a counselor, my goal is to assist all clients to live fuller, more productive lives. My approach to counseling involves creating a safe environment where clients can identify and come to understand the real issues that are affecting them…where they can learn new and more effective ways of thinking, feeling and responding…and where they can productively communicate, problem-solve and resolve conflict.
