About Carrie Guzanick

I am really excited to be on this journey of life with you and am privileged to share my diverse and extensive experience in holistic health and wellness. I have a Masters degree in Couples and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, more than a decade of experience in the health and wellness field, and have been dedicated to my personal growth journey for more than two decades. My experience both as a teacher and practitioner of yoga, health and wellness, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, Reiki, fitness, and studio owner of Agni Miami, has influenced my holistic therapeutic approach. Together, we’ll create a unique, individualized treatment for the whole you. I believe consciousness is the foundation for healing and growth. The impact of heightened consciousness continuously impresses me when dealing with anxiety, depression, relationships, separation and divorce, to name a few. We’ll enhance your relationships through consciousness, whether it be with your self, familial, romantic, platonic, or in the workplace. Empathetic Therapy My approach to therapy is collaborative and empathetic at its core. You can trust that I will listen from a place of non-judgment and that I will guide you to widen your perspective and help you create alternative solutions to the struggles and issues of concern. I work particularly well with the LGBTQAI+ and consensually non-monogamous communities, which warrant specific domain expertise and awareness. I see through a trauma-informed lens and believe that the systems that we grow up in as well as the relationships that nurture us or not, directly impact our mental health. We will explore your emotional experiences and identify your strengths as well as work to break down unhelpful relational patterns in order to move forward in a positive direction. Connecting with people is paramount for human beings and I’m grateful for having a vocation that allows me to do so daily and help others do the same. Together we’ll create an environment that will enable you to live your best life, consciously. Oh, and I love to travel. It’s essential to my holistic healing routine. As is my cat, Katniss.
