About Sarah Harmeling

SageWell Health is a holistic psychology practice committed to providing the highest quality treatment to individuals, couples, and families. By bridging science-backed interventions with an integrative, whole person approach, our mission is to help all clients feel more connected to their truest selves and in turn, live more fulfilled, passionate, and engaged lives. We provide virtual psychotherapy, consultation, and diagnostic services to clients in Colorado, Vermont and multiple other states. At SageWell Health our philosophy of care is based upon an integrative, depth-oriented approach. Starting by building safety and trust in the therapeutic relationship, we then help clients start to better understand and connect with themselves so they can cultivate healing from within. Our specialities include couples/marriage counseling, anxiety, perfectionism, lack of fulfilling relationships (insecure attachment), trauma/PTSD, and parent support/guidance. We also provide a structured premarital counseling program for couples looking to strengthen their relationship. In addition to talk therapy, we weave in other mind-body approaches such as Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) in order to promote bottom up change, rather than surface level shifts. Our core beliefs about therapy are that it should actually work (it's courageous to reach out for help and you should know that your efforts will result in meaningful change), be personalized to you, and not only decrease your symptoms, but enhance a sense of vitality in your life. Please reach out to learn more about our practice/approach to see if working together could be a good fit.
