About Juliet Pellicane

On the outside you look like you have it all together and you're praised for appearing flawless. On the inside you're crumbling; not feeling like yourself, experiencing constant worry, and overwhelm. You feel stressed managing personal and professional struggles and never seem to find the time to pause, breathe, or reflect. No one knows about your constant struggle because it feels too overwhelming to share. Living between these two words is exhausting and all you're looking for is a moment of relief. In counseling we will work together to enhance your tools so that getting through the day is less exhausting and more energizing. Through a creative and collaborative approach, relying on compassion, humor, and at times being challenged, we will work together to explore the root cause of your distress and develop tools to find relief from feeling overwhelmed. I approach counseling through an integrative lens that incorporates the mind/body connection, expressive therapy approaches, mindfulness, and evidence based techniques. Therapy can provide you a safe space to explore your worries and work towards overall wellness. We will explore the next part of “who” you are while highlighting your current strengths.
