About Brianda Teterukov

Raised in a bilingual household, I learned family values, a strong work ethic, and resilience navigating two cultural identities. My thirst for knowledge led me to the world of psychology to treat trauma, addictions, eating disorders, anxiety and depression in the world’s most premier residential facility – the Meadows, where I got my training and laid my foundation as a therapist. With my experience working in both in-patient and out-patient settings, I have a deep understanding of the challenges that come with shame, disappointments, losing everything and everyone you love, feeling unloved, and how complicated life can get when you don’t understand yourself and feel powerless. I am grateful to witness my clients’ therapeutic quest and their new abilities to handle challenges with confidence and grace. The Time is Now. Call me to ask questions and find the best solutions for you or your loved ones!
