About Shauna Wallace

You just wish you could make it stop! The constant thoughts about your body, food, or exercise are spinning out of control. You lean on the familiarity of restriction and self-criticism, but it just isn’t working for you anymore. Perhaps you've tried every diet or exercise regimen under the sun, but you just end up feeling like a failure. Deep down, you know you are meant for more than obsessively tracking calories and beating yourself up for missing that one workout all in the name of “eating clean” or “getting fit”. It's time to rediscover the meaning of wellness and reconnect with your body. So where do we begin? You don't need another weight loss program. I use a holistic approach to help you find peace with your body. As a psychotherapist, I will guide you in addressing the two extremes of binging and restricting and what’s fuelling this vicious cycle underneath the surface. I will work with you to integrate food and movement in a compassionate and intuitive way. This doesn't need to define you any longer. Let's take back control of your mind-body connection. When you’re ready to get back in the driver’s seat of your relationship with food, body, and movement, please reach out to book your first session. You can connect with me via Instagram/Facebook (@equilibriumpsych), email, or phone. I can’t wait to get started.
