Hello! I’m Chaya and I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. From as far back as I can remember I have always been that ‘go to’ person that friends and family would confide in and seek support from. The role felt natural and when it came time to think about career choices becoming a therapist felt right. I specifically chose marriage and family therapy for my graduate training as I love the systemic and relational lens in which we are trained to view mental health challenges. I love working with both individuals and couples on all things relationships. Some of the work I specialize in is assisting in identifying negative patterns and behaviors, better understanding origin of triggers, exploring attachment and learning the tools needed to reduce relational conflict and increase overall satisfaction. I have assisted countless individuals and couples in reclaiming their relationships and cultivating a life that feels meaningful. When I’m not practicing therapy you can find me spending time with my family, reading multiple books, cooking something yummy, or moving my body.
