About Eleni Alexiou
I know exactly what you're feeling: pounding chest, shortness of breath, lack of sleep. Our physical bodies react as well as our hearts and minds when life throws us curve balls that we don't know how to navigate on our own. I have been providing treatment for anxiety, relationship issues, and depression since 2003. I have provided therapy in an all-girls school, a college counseling center, and private practice to people aged 12 to 75.
