About Caitlin Eckert

Hi, and thank you for considering me as your therapist. My name is Caitlin and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing therapy for over 8 years. I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, violence, and/or are in a life transition. I am also experienced in addressing many types of circumstances and concerns, including anxiety and depression, as well as substance use. Much of my therapeutic work also includes working with marginalized communities. This includes supporting sex workers, working with people living with HIV and other chronic health conditions, and providing quality and affirming care to the LGBTQ+ community. I have extensive experience working with people who are on hormone therapy and/or PrEP. I also have certifications in working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence, and enjoy helping people on their healing journey. Also happy to provide evaluation and documentation for Emotional Support Animals in the state of North Carolina.
