About Shaina Gonzales

Shaina F. Gonzales is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Therapeutic Bridges, a private practice based out of Los Angeles, CA. Shaina's treatment specializations include trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, LGBTQ issues and working with creatives involved in the entertainment industry. Shaina earned her Masters of Social Work degree with an emphasis on Interpersonal Trauma from the University of Denver in 2011. She has over 18+ years experience in the mental health field. In addition to providing therapy services, she is also available for consultation, workshops and presentations focusing on Trauma Informed Care and Integrated Behavioral Health and stress and burnout in entertainment. She is the host of a new podcast called Lights On! Mental Health where she explores the intersection of mental health in entertainment. Shaina believes that connection is one of the most important and fundamental parts of being human and that a lack of appropriate connection leads to depression, anxiety, suicide, substance abuse, etc.
