About Larissa Hul-Galasek

I know the search for the right therapist can be daunting, feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to see if we are a good fit. I provide LGBTQIAP+ affirming telehealth expressive arts and nature based therapy to residents of California. I have training and experience working with those with chronic pain and illness including dementia and cancer diagnosis. I also provide support for those impacted emotionally and physically by climate change catastrophe. Sessions are collaborative and I encourage curiosity and getting out of your comfort zone with compassion. Expressive arts and nature based therapy is not your typical therapy experience and I will work with you to deepen your experience and awareness of who you are and what actions to take to live more authentically, be content and take appropriate action.
