About Sarah Aldridge

I’m originally from Indiana. I moved to Arizona in 2017. In my free time I enjoy spending time in nature, hiking, baking, and spending time with my pets. As a psychologist, I provide individual psychotherapy (video based appointments) to individuals who are 18 years or older. My style has been described as calming, understanding, supportive, empathetic, and compassionate. An important factor in therapy is how comfortable and open you feel you can be with your therapist. I create a supportive, non-judgmental space for client’s to explore their concerns. I believe in the importance of having a collaborative relationship with my clients in order to best help them engage in the therapy process, learn about themselves, gain new skills, and resolve issues. I specialize in treating anxiety/stress. I accept Aetna, Optum, United Healthcare, UMR, Oxford, and Oscar insurances. I also accept self-pay clients.
