Welcome! My approach to counseling is grounded in the belief that holistic care is crucial to healing ourselves, our communities, and our planet. As a bilingual, bicultural, and culturally trained practitioner, I actively integrate a client’s cultural identity and strengths into therapy. Developing a strong therapeutic relationship is very important to me and I take the time to listen deeply to your unique story so that we can co-create goals that will allow you to live your life with more ease, joy, and confidence. I believe we are all natural storytellers and I strive to provide a safe and affirming space where you can speak your truth and explore your deep inner world with openness and self-love rather than shame or fear. As a holistically oriented therapist I make sure that we are addressing all parts of your life in treatment, such as the subconscious, the past, the body, the environment & the spiritual. I am also a certified yoga teacher and eco-therapist in training, so our sessions can incorporate meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, or interacting with Nature therapeutically depending on your needs and goals.
