I am a Licensed Associate Counselor, focused on providing my clients with comfort, confidentiality, empathy and active listening while we work through your life struggles. My specialty is working with women who have experienced trauma and Emotional abuse. From a holistic standpoint, therapy attempts to educate the client on becoming more focused on the mind, body, and spirit. I am experienced in crisis and trauma from working in the community with law enforcement, physicians in the emergency rooms, and as a therapist at a crisis unit. I am also experienced in working with children who have endured trauma and abuse. This understanding will help you to feel more at ease while working with me through your difficult times. Activities that I enjoy are kayaking at Lynx Lake and Watson Lake, hiking in Prescott and Flagstaff, mountain biking, spending time at the ocean, meditation, reading, and playing with my cats. At A Beautiful Soul Holistic Counseling, I strive to deliver specialized and individualized therapy to Individuals and couples in Prescott, Flagstaff, Northern Arizona, and surrounding Phoenix areas, as I offer convenient therapy services with Telehealth.
