Do you feel overwhelmed, lonely, anxious, depressed, or disappointed in your journey? Would you like to feel heard, and truly understood by someone? I am here to listen to you, support you, and help you heal! I believe the mind-body connection places an important part in the healing journey. Because of this, I offer an integrative approach to healing that will address all of the facets of who you are. I will provide you with the blend of approaches that would be most beneficial to your healing journey. I often pull from attachment theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, meditation and mindfulness techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and somatic inquiry.
