About Trish Bertrand

I work with adults and couples who are ready to make changes to begin healing, but aren't sure where to start. It can feel almost impossible to stop your mind from racing, or to motivate yourself to get out of bed. I can help. I use different approaches to therapy to provide you with the most appropriate blend of tools and knowledge that will help you begin to make the changes that you would like to see within yourself, and consequently in your life. Both in person and virtual sessions are available. I will support you in becoming more aware, open, and curious about discovering the beliefs and emotions underneath the challenges that you are experiencing. I am trained in EMDR therapy; which is designed to reduce the emotional intensity attached to experiences in your past. I will provide you with a blend of approaches that are most effective for you. I provide a warm and welcoming space for you to begin healing. I believe that it is most important that you find a therapist that is right for you. For this reason, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation for you to see if you and I may work well together. Please visit my website, or contact me here to schedule your free consultation.
