About Michael Ryan

I've always been a compassionate and curious person. Growing up, I was the kid my friends turned to with their problems. I studied Biology and Psychology in college, because I was fascinated by the connections between the mind and body. Spirituality is another aspect of life that is often neglected in therapy, and one we can explore together if that is important to you. Recently, I became a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider because I believe these aspects of our selves--physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social--are rich areas to explore in order to become whole, happy, and authentic. As a therapist, I want to know what it’s like to be you. What causes you to feel depressed, anxious, or overwhelmed? What areas of your physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and/or social well-being can we work on improving? I've studied many different techniques, so I absolutely believe we can find the best plan to match your unique needs. It's important you find a therapist who "gets you." If something I've said resonated with you, contact me, and let’s start your journey to a more fulfilling life!
