My name is Richard Turnham. I am a Christian and have been married for 11 years. We have 2 kids, ages 4 and 8. I have been a therapist for 12 years and absolutely love what I do. I find it very rewarding to help people understand themselves. Helping people understand why they think the way they think and do what they do. Human behavior very interesting to me and I'd like to help you with that. In addition, I love helping people change what they want to change and come up with action plans to help a person become who they hope to become. I am up for pretty much any topic and meeting a person wherever they are. No judgment, just a safe place to explore. Most of my experience is in addictions, trauma, anxiety, self esteem, grief/loss, depression, and relationships. We can do phone, video, or in-person sessions.
