My clients and I work together to bridge the gap between the mind, physical body, and human energy system. There is no “one size fits all” treatment, therapy is a collaborative process. I work with adults on a wide range of issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and intimacy and relationship issues. I strive to create a safe, warm, and supportive environment where clients are able to open up and explore their inner world with no judgment. I, along with my clients, create a therapeutic plan based on their unique needs that will help them meet their short-term and long-term goals. I am licensed in Texas and through PSYPACT I am also able to see clients in Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Utah, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
