About Kerrie Thompson

Welcome to a Good Place, where you can find hope for healing. If you are ready to take steps towards changing how you feel and interact with your world, then I am here to support you on your journey. You may feel that something is off, your life is not headed in the direction you want it to go in, or you are stuck. Together, we will explore ways to get you past these barriers so you can feel fulfilled and in control of your life. I will help you tap into your inner strengths to work gently and proactively toward change.
You have what it takes to gain control over your life. The methods I use honor your strengths and help you look within to accomplish your goals. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), meaning we problem-solve together, to understand and change the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that sabotage your fulfillment and success.
The therapy process can be a fun and dynamic collaboration, though it's not easy. Imperfection is a part of the shared human experience, and the key is finding relief and change within yourself. Together, we compassionately define your new normal.
