About Valerie Lambert

I am dedicated to  working with couples and individuals who are dealing with life challenges, relationship challenges, or mood disorders (depression or anxiety) and find it a privilege to be allowed to participate in the changes that can improve life and increase happiness and confidence.

I also have expertise in working with those who have chronic illness and/or their family members and find it very rewarding to be able to help these clients find more control and optimism in dealing wtih these difficult circumstances.

In addition, I work with people who are experiencing complicated grief. Helping these  clients find hope and safety in dealing with their grief is most rewarding for them and for me.
