My expertise come with many years of trial and error professionally. I work from the place that each person I work with has their own answers and solutions inside of them and it is my position to help you dig deep to find your own answsers and solutions. I am not a directive Therapist. I have a great deal of professional experience working with the Addiction Field and have come to a very good balance between; Confrontation and Motivational Interviewing forms of Therapy. I believe that any kind of Therapy is spiritual in nature, which simply means that we connect emotionally as people. My more recent focus has been on Trauma, PTSD, Veterans and their Families and Friends and the elderly.
