About Susan Lager

I am a strong, seasoned, interactive psychotherapist specializing in work with individuals and couples experiencing relational dilemmas. I'm known for "telling it like it is" in a fair, and non-judgmental way, as well as incorporating humor, when appropriate, into the process. I believe that most people, given the right therapeutic environment and relationship, can grow and achieve more joy and empowerment, and that psychotherapy can be an amazing journey of learning and discovery.

I am also the author of The Couplespeak™ Series, with two new workbooks offering tools and skills for better relationships. Find them on Amazon at "Susan Lager."

I am the host of a BlogTalk Radio podcast show, "The Couplespeak Relationship Forum" where I broadcast monthly shows about relationship issues, often interviewing expert guests. Episisodes can be streamed at www.BlogTalkRadio.com/SusanLager. Listeners can also call in live with questions or comments at 877-497-9046.

I am also a Certified Discernment Counselor, providing unique brief treatment for couples on the brink of a divorce.

Amidst this Covid 19 pandemic I am now seeing clients exclusively through phone or video sessions at www.Doxy.me/susanlager or at www.sessions.psychologytoday.com/susanlager
