About Erica Randolph
I help women regain a sense of self, confidence, and the ability to understand who they are and what they want in life after unhealthy relaitonships.
I've worked in Domestic Violence shelters and with individuals to help women find that place of peace inside themself, and to feel in control of their thoughts and emotions through gentle, loving, therapies. Understanding how the brain and body work together after experiencing trauma and PTSD form a basis for healing.
Since I live in a remote area, I only provide HIPAA compliant video or phone sessions.
