About Julie Krug

Fortunately or unfortunately, none are exempt from experiencing life's challenges. My role as a therapist is to help you explore these challenges and their meaning. The therapeutic relationship is one of collaboration - although I do not have all the answers, I believe they are within you, waiting to be discovered. I create a safe, comfortable space for clients to explore various themes. I also think humor, when appropriate, can assist in expanding our perspective. In this space, clients can best integrate their feelings and life experience to ultimately create more of the life they want.

I work with individuals (adults and adolescents), families and couples. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and managing life transitions.

Part of my style is using a here-and-now approach. I see therapy as a laboratory where my clients can explore themes that come up in the therapeutic relationship as well as life relationships.
