About Reena Seltzer

I specialize in helping adolescents and adults experiencing the distressing feelings of anxiety, depression, or anger. Using a combination of different approaches—cognitive, behavioral and psychodynamic therapy—treatment is usually short-term directed toward solving current issues, providing support, and modifying unhelpful thinking and behavior. I have been in private practice for over 30 years and my additional interests are in behavioral medicine, health psychology, and sport psychology.
