Are you entering a new life transitions, and need some direction?
Do you feel that you are in pain as a couple or in a family situation? I would welcome the opportunity of working with you. I have always felt that my passion in life was to offer support to others and to suggest alternative direction in life.
I will assist you in such areas as decision making, anxiety, depression, grief and loss. I do strengths-based and cognitive behavioral counseling and grief and loss support. I often incorporate mindfulness practices during my sessions. I have done bereavement, planning, and leadership training. More recently, I have facilitated support groups on grief and loss, and caregiving.
