Autumn Hahn is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and certified clinical hypnotherapist (CHt). She works with individuals, couples, and groups, as well as writing and conducting corporate training and public seminars. Autumn utilizes Rapid Resolution Therapy in conjunction with cognitive-behavioral techniques to find the best fit for each scenario. She routinely clears adolescents and adults of trauma, anxiety and panic attack, guilt and shame, smoking and substance abuse in just a few sessions.
