About Diana Furrow
I am a licensed professional counselor and have worked for the past 20 years in residential and private practice. I provide individual counseling for adolescents and adults struggling with trauma and mood disorders, which includes PTSD, depression and anxiety and any behavioral related problems. My approach to therapy is typically goal-directed, which means your counseling sessions will be designed to help you overcome your current challenges and reach satisfaction. Although my practice is mind/body based I enjoy helping all age people with the use of play, animal assisted therapy and CBT training. When working on trauma resolution, I utilize Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Art, and sand-tray play. These techniques provide a unique experience for clients to securely work through issues that they may otherwise find overwhelming.
