About Mary Senn

Let’s face it:  Normal life is full of difficulty.  We all experience loss, grief, disappointment, disturbing changes in relationships.  That’s normal.  If you have persistent feelings of worry and even despair about your experiences, I can help you.  I invite you to connect with me.  I will bring to our therapeutic relationship experience and understanding; humor, energy, and warmth; and trustworthy support. If you realize that things are not going to get better on their own, let’s work together to make the smart, necessary changes that you need to make.

Many if not most people with persistent unhappiness need more than just one puzzle piece.  That’s what I provide with my integrative approach.  Most people don’t want to be told what to do; they want to work out their challenges with a trusted, resourceful collaborator.  That’s who I am.

I always work to bring new ideas and fresh energy into my practice.   I am a Certified Daring Way Facilitator and make use of the work of Brene Brown. I have also completed the Level 1 training for Sensorimotor Psycholtherapy which is incredibly helpful in working with trauma.
