My speciality includes treating anxiety, depressive and co- occurring disorders. I also specialize in treating family/ marital conflicts and other relationship issues. I use a broad range of clinical techniques and therapeutic models to help move clients towards change, including, emotionally- focused, cognitive-behavioral, rational- emotive behavioral and solution-focused therapies and narrative and experiential models. I encourage awareness practices and mindfulness techniques to connect clients with their moment-to-moment experience leading to acceptance of present reality.
