My Name is Adrienne Buhacoff, and I am owner and lead clinical at Positive Inner Self. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon (#L7892) & California (#84173). I specialize in working with individuals and families Trauma/abuse, Anxiety/Depression, Grief and Loss, Foster Care/Adoption, Attachment issues, Adjustment difficulties, Parent Training (The Nurtured Heart Approach), Infant and toddler mental health. My practice is informed by a systemic, anti-oppression, and trauma informed lens. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming. I believe that every individual is doing the best that they can with the tools that they have. It can sometimes feel scary to share your concerns with others.
