My approach is non-judgmental and collaborative; my hope is that you and I will work together to find the solutions and relief that you need.

This decision was based on my observations of the suffering of adult clients over many years, and the growing certainty that in order to reduce the difficulties and troubles that many adults experience I need to also help clients who are younger.
