At Journeys through Art Therapy, you can resolve your issues, whether long-standing or the result of a new and difficult situation.    If you have a hard time putting your concerns into words or feel your words are not really understood by others, Susan Joy may be particularly helpful to you.  She is a Registered Art Therapist, who can help you fully engage body, mind, and spirit in your healing or recovery.  (You don't need any special talent to benefit from Art Therapy.) Susan Joy is a licensed counselor fully qualified to work with you using talk therapy if you prefer.  Susan Joy also offers Play Therapy for children. Susan Joy is certified by Postpartum Support international to help those with Perinatal Mood Disorders (depression and other problems in pregnancy, shortly after birth, or throughout your child's infancy or toddlerhood).  She has a special interest in helping people with a history of trauma.
