I provide counseling, psychotherapy, coaching,and assessment services to individuals wanting greater satisfaction and enjoyment out of their relationships, health, or life. I work with individuals seeking relief from psychological distress, as well as those wanting to achieve life goals, obtain more fulfillment and enhance their well-being. I help individuals address issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties including aging issues. I specialize in enhancing an individual's, or couples, self-awareness, personal, emotional and intellectual functioning. Additionally, I work with Neurodiverse Couples who encounter difficult relationship dynamics with their partners or spouses. I collaborate with clients to help them overcome their challenges and facilitate long lasting change by helping individuals adapt thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that will help them develop heathly coping strategies.
