About Darcy Holladay

Finding balance in your life can sometimes feel like an uphill battle. The seemingly impossible struggle for balance can be thrown off by unlikely decisions on daily food choices or when and how much you ate. Food at its very base is how we nurture ourselves, and when there is an imbalanced this can shows up in self-destructive eating that makes you feel worse. I believe that therapy can help explore current life stressors, and very old wounds that influence our ability to make decisions that are healthy and good for us.

I use a combination of therapeutic approaches to uncover one’s inner balance some of these include: cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, choice therapy, and nutrition counseling. I first start my exploring the roots of where the currently imbalance is coming from. When this is starting to be uncovered we work on developing ways to identify healthy coping tools, implementing nurturing behavior modification, and identifying a nutritious eating plan for you.
