About Linda Schneider

With over thirty years of experience, I am dedicated to providing thoughtful,
compassionate, and individualized psychotherapy to help you achieve change and
personal growth. I understand that what may work in helping one person meet
their goals may not work for another. Therefore, I use a flexible,
individualized, and integrative approach to help you achieve a greater sense of
well-being by gaining understanding and greater mastery over the factors that
underlie your concerns. I will work with you to build on your existing
strengths and develop new skills to resolve your concerns.

People see me for a variety of concerns including, but not limited to:

depression, anxiety, panic attacks, life transitions, grief, living with life threatening

illnesses, stress, or simply wanting to live life more fully. I enjoy working

with adults, adolescents, children and families.

I believe that people are fundamentally motivated toward growth and change and
feel it is a privilege to partner with therapy clients on their journeys to
overcome adversity, deal with the cycles of life and lead richer more enjoyable
lives.

Currently available for telehealth appointments.
