About Penni Kaufman

Life brings many unexpected and sometimes very difficult challenges. Change and transition can be uncomfortable and painful, particularly when it is not what we want or envision. Through therapy one can gain insight into one's self and come to understand how certain life events impact your life. Through this process of self reflection one can explore how to better manage events outside of one's control, learn more adaptive coping skills and find strategies for dealing with distress. Therapy is a tool to help people develop and improve areas of their lives that ultimately lead to greater inner contentment.
