From time to time all of us struggle with everyday issues including stress, grief, change, sadness, and fear. That's why I provide emotional healthcare not "mental" healthcare.

I chose my profession because my personal experience and family history includes significant emotional problems. Through years if intense therapy and counseling and a significant change in lifestyle, I have been able to overcome my problems and change the direction of my life.

Since receiving help I have earned two graduate degreees with honors, been awarded numerous professional credentials, provided quality care and leadership to a number of the country's largest behavioral healthcare organizations and, most importantly, have -- and am -- helping people improve their emotional health and well being.
