I believe that every person has the ability to impact the world in a unique and powerful way, that we all have inherent worth, and that no one is a burden. As a therapist, I also believe in the healing power of relationships, and that we are most free to grow when we feel seen and accepted by another. This sense of being seen and accepted in all your wonderful complexities is the relational space I aim to provide in therapy. When we meet together, it’s my goal to provide a calming presence and a nonjudgmental space where you can feel empowered to have a voice in your own healing. I aim to always provide a safe space where raw, honest experiences and emotions are welcome.

I work with a lot of people that are overwhelmed by anxiety, facing health challenges, or feeling unhappy in their relationships. I also love helping couples find safer, deeper connections with one another through facilitating honest conversations. Relationships can be hard, but there is also so much we can do to strengthen and heal them.

I'm also a native Angeleno and grew up in the heart of the entertainment industry, so I'm very familiar with the unique culture and challenges that accompany the creative lifestyle and working in the entertainment field.
