About Jan Nolan

I am a clinical social worker and certified life coach, who is wholly invested in helping my clients move through life's stressful situations, identify and reframe their limiting beliefs, find their goodness, and enjoy a more satisfying way of being!  We are all greater and wiser than we think we are, but sometimes we can't access our inner wisdom to find the answers we need.  I provide an emotionally safe and supportive environment to help you find those answers, and grow both personally and professionally.  I work with clients who are struggling with relationship issues, addiction, depression, anxiety, symptoms of ADHD, communication difficulties, work problems, stress, anger/irritability, along with many other types of life concerns.   I also work with men and women who are going through separation and divorce, helping them preserve their emotional and physical health, and the health of the family, throughout the process.  I can be reached by calling 410 591 9916.   Please visit my website at www.vitalchoices.net.

Customized payment options are available.  I accept insurance from some providers.  See "Insurance and Other Payment Options.  I am also happy to provide you with a statement for submission to your insurance provider, if I am not listed as a provider.

For your convenience, my practice accepts Master Card and VISA.
