About Wayne Klein

Although I have extensive experience with stroke, adult TBI and dementia, for the past 15 years my primary focus has been Neuropsychological Assessment of children adolescents and young adults.  I take a broad holistic perspective that includes temperament, lifestyle, beliefs and neuropsychological functioning.  I especially enjoy helping parents develop strategies to enhance their child's functioning.  Special populations include boys who hate school, the Gifted, Developmentally Delayed, assessment of need for guardianship, learning disability and ADHD as well as evaluations for the FAA.  Prior to getting my doctorate I was an Educational & Career Counselor & have a masters in Educational Psychology. While at Spaulding Boston I gave talks for Harvard medical students & residents, and taught Neuropsychology for 18 years at what is now William James College, where I also developed the course Nutrition, Brain & Behavior.  I consult to psychotherapists and devote one day a week to adult psychotherapy.
