About Mary Mathew

As a cancer survivor myself, I know first hand how scary the "C" word is. As a result of cancer treatments, often times people develop mild to severe forms of depression, anxiety, "scanxiety," and post-traumatic stress disorder. Many people experience symptoms during treatment while others are symptomatic only after they are in full remission. My practice treats fellow warriors and their families that are navigating the cancer process, survivors trying to figure out their “new normal”, individuals in remission for years but are still processing the events that once happened, and those currently battling metastasized cancers.
If you are battling cancer or are experiencing post cancer depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress you are not alone. Together we can help you to recover motivation, perspective, and gain a sense of empowerment that will enable you to live your "new normal."
