About Debbie Ennis

I have been a therapist for over 27 years. During this time, I have developed a style that is wholistic in nature and very relaxed.  I especially enjoy working with people who are motivated to make changes in their lives.  Sometimes the exact change is not always apparent, but motivation towards a more conscientious life is always a good start.  I utilize both time tested and newer unique methods, whatever my client will benefit from most.  I always include a bit of humor, as I believe laughter is an essential piece in the healing process.

While I work with most age groups, I specialize in working with teens.  This population tends to respond well to my relaxed, coach-like approach.  Teens especially enjoy the unique breathing technique I use; a gentle yet powerful method of getting to the heart of the problem at hand; plus they don't have to talk much.

Check out my Wheels in Motion program.  It's a 6-week bicycling and nutrition program for kids (approx. 10-16) that runs 2 1/2 hours each week for 6 weeks.  Kids get a free bike, helmet and water bottle to keep at the end of the program.
