How quickly a small worry can lead to another worry, and then another... Then suddenly, you feel shaky, unsettled, and breathless with overwhelming anxiety. It feels impossible focus anything except your worry and the jittery feeling in your body. You tell yourself to, "Just stop!" You want to end the worry, but you can't let go. It's hard to not beat yourself up.
I understand it seems impossible to just stop worrying. So, I appreciate sharing tools to help soothe worries.
