I am a wife, a mother, a grandmother, and a therapist who understands life can get difficult and at times overwhelming. I’m passionate about helping people reach their full potential and leading emotionally healthy lives. To that end, my professional development and education continues regularly as I attend specialized workshops, trainings, and classes to learn the latest best practices as well as in-depth information about various modalities and interventions. I uses a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and positive psychology to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each client and help each client live a more satisfying and healthy life. I specializing in grief, anger management, trauma, depression and anxiety. My services are offered in both English and Spanish. Sessions can be done in person or from the convenience of your home or office through Telehealth. I believe that emotional and physical health are directly intertwined, therefor, the quality of our thoughts and emotions greatly influence how we treat our bodies.
