About Ashley Harig

Much of our suffering is stored though out our body, leaving us with a racing mind and feelings of stress, anxiety and depression. By approaching healing through a lens that incorporates the whole body, we will work together so you can sustain change and fully heal. It is important to work within the time that that you have, taking an integrative approach to working on yourself, and making time to better yourself in all areas of life. Together we will explore the root causes that perpetuate suffering and develop strategies so that you can lead a more fulfilling and joyful life. I welcome you to take this step towards change. This credential identifies those professionals who are uniquely trained in best practices for delivering traditional behavioral healthcare through technological means. BC-TMH credential holders have met nationally established telemental health criteria. I have been in a diverse number of positions as a counselor for the past 20 years. I attended Loyola College for my Master Degree and attended numerous certifications and professional development opportunities in order to support my niche. I have completed additional coursework and received additional certifications in: Autism Studies. I have worked as an Autism Waiver Family Consultant and Therapeutic Integration Center Supervisor for 15 years in additional to working with several children and families impacted by autism.
