About Bronwyn Shiffer

You're not "too sensitive." You're exceptionally perceptive. Whatever energy you had is gone. You feel like a dried-up sponge, hollow, no room for anything not to go to plan. It feels like you are carrying a weight, physically difficult to move your arms, like you are walking through water all the time. Your brain feels foggy, and you do things like forgetting to turn off the stove or misplace your keys. All you want to do is sleep - you can barely get up in the morning and all day at work you think about nothing but crawling into bed. There is nothing wrong with you, you don't need to be "fixed." Our work together will open doors to possibilities that seem impossible now. (For starters, it’s possible to get the dishes done. And later we can think about tackling that job that is sucking the life out of you.) You can feel strong and connected again. You know yourself better than anyone else ever will. My job is to support you in getting what you want and need (no, you won't suddenly become uncaring and selfish). You might want to feel more connected in your relationships, be more present, be kinder to yourself. It might feel like a big mess, and we will take it apart and look at it together, paying a lot of attention to what is working and not working for you.
