About Alex Parnell
I am passionate about working with marriages and families whose relationships may be in crisis (broken trust; conflicted; disconnected) as well as stable families wanting deeper connection and relational intimacy. I help them see themselves and each other through a lens that includes the issues each person brought with them to the relationship, including ways their hearts and minds were impacted by relationships and situations experienced during their formative years.
The therapeutic approach I use helps build understanding and empathy that constructively leads to changes in behavioral patterns and relationship dynamics. The goal - mutual satisfaction and freedom to love one another well.
I specialize in an accelerated approach for helping marriages and families heal and grow their relationships through a combination of corrective emotional experiences and paradigm change.
