For over a decade, I’ve helped individuals reconnect with their authentic self, effectively manage their mental health, and flourish mind, body, and spirit. Through experience gained in the US & abroad, I have developed a therapeutic style which my clients define as empowering, collaborative, and interactive. I start each therapy journey with the belief that the individual is HUMAN and not their symptoms, life stressors, or illness.
I specialize in helping clients embrace their “human” qualities without judgement in order to release:
anxiety, stress & depression, move forward from grief & loss, and re-define their unique identity. My work is rooted in mental wellness, is built from a trauma informed integrative model & infused with evidenced based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness.
